Feedback and Complaints
At Surf Coast Support, we take Feedback and Complaints very seriously as they help us improve our services.
If you have feedback or a complaint, please download our complaints form and email info@surfcoastsupport.com.au.
In the event you feel the complaint has not been resolved to your liking, the issue can be escalated to the NDIS Commission via the NDIS website or call the NDIS on 1800 035 544 for more information.
NDIS Resources
NDIS PRICING ARRANGEMENTS AND PRICE LIMITS provide explanations of each line item and category to assist participants and providers in understanding funding parameters.
Regularly throughout the year, pricing arrangements are amended.
The NDIS is investing in the improved quality of life for participants on the scheme. To better understand the NDIS and the varying levels of support, visit the NDIS website.
Plan Management is the financial administration of NDIS funding. While it is regularly confused with support coordination, a plan manager does not give advise on the use of funding but ensures the funding is used as per the NDIS guidelines and as per the goals of a plan.
